Our team, Hellenic Rescue Team Attica, participated with 7 of our members in the Second (2nd) Tactical Air Rescue training seminar for the Water Search and Rescue field, that was hosted in the 111 Combat Wing of the Hellenic Air Force base at Aghialos which is located in the Prefecture Magnesia. The two (2) day training seminar took place between August 30th and 31st, 2013.
Purpose of this seminar was the training of volunteer rescuers in coordination, communication, cooperation and familiarization with the professional crews of the Search and Rescue helicopters of our Air Force, AB205, in procedures and tactics during SAR missions, with all the safety rules taking into consideration.
Congratulations to all participants, for the spotless behavior and appearance, the excellent cooperation with all participants and the excellent performance on all training tasks.
